Returns and Refund
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication within the deadline indicated above, indicating the intention to withdraw from the contract, via:

The communication must specify:
- order reference
- product or products subject to withdrawal
- Customer data
Returning products
The Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal, at his own expense, to the following address:
Ceruti Center Srl - Via Guglielmo Marconi 2, 20071 Vermezzo con Zelo (MI) – Italy
Products must be returned:
- intact and unused
- complete with all their parts
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by any accessories and documentation
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Reimbursement
The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The initial shipping costs will also be refunded, while the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- supply of spare parts ordered on specific request of the Customer or clearly customized
- supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly
- assembled, used or damaged products
- purchases made by VAT-registered customers for professional purposes
