The following conditions of sale govern exclusively the online sales relationship on the website.
All prices listed on the website include VAT.
They are valid exclusively for purchases made online on the site and are in no way intended to represent the prices applied in the store at Via Marconi, 2 20071 Vermezzo con Zelo (MI)
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated in the order placed by the Customer.
The Customer can only purchase items marked as “available” at the time the order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
Normally the items listed are actually available at the store, however in the event of a temporary out of stock, the date on which they will be back in stock will be communicated.
The Company will confirm receipt of the order via an email sent to the address provided by the Customer during registration. This message will include an order identification number, the date, and all the information entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections.
If desired, the Customer can also collect the goods personally from the store, but they must necessarily be paid for in advance.
Our products are packaged in boxes or on pallets, with protective cardboard, cellophane, and adhesive tape. For larger packages, we also use plastic strapping.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include VAT and vary based on the total order amount. They are automatically calculated by the system in real time each time an item is added to the cart and are displayed before purchase. They are charged only once per order, regardless of the number of packages delivered at once.
For deliveries to islands and remote areas, there is a surcharge that will be automatically calculated by the website and reported during the order completion phase.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipments are made Monday to Friday throughout Italy via BRT or DHL courier and with indicative delivery times of 2 to 4 working days from the date of shipment.
In the event of exceptional events, strikes, force majeure, traffic conditions, or acts of authority, these deadlines may not be met. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier and cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products or to claim compensation or damages of any kind.
All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
On the day of shipment, the courier used will send the Customer an email containing the tracking code for the shipment, with which the Customer can follow the progress of the delivery.
We authorize the courier to unload and deliver the package only on weekdays, during daytime hours, and exclusively at street level. Any deliveries to other floors, garden transport, unpacking, etc., if they can be accommodated by the carrier, must be agreed upon between the courier and the customer at the time of unloading and paid for separately by the customer. Unloading with a hydraulic tailgate is available; the cost will be calculated only after receiving instructions from the customer.
If the courier cannot find the recipient at the indicated address, they will send the Customer an email or text message to arrange a second delivery appointment.
Therefore, to minimize any potential issues with the courier, we recommend including more than one telephone number (preferably a mobile number) where you can be contacted, an email address, and a shipping address where someone will always be available to receive the goods.
The Customer may contact the carrier's branch to collect the goods personally.
Redelivery is free within the first 5 working days following the first delivery attempt. After this period, without any communication from the recipient, the goods will remain in storage at the courier's warehouse and redelivery will only take place after payment of the redelivery and storage fees.
After 10 business days of storage, the package will be returned to the Company. After verifying the condition of the goods, the Company will refund the Customer, within 15 days, the order amount minus the costs of the initial shipment, storage, and subsequent return of the package to the Company. The refund will be made via PayPal or bank transfer; in the latter case, the Customer must provide the bank details (IBAN) of the account to which the refund should be credited.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS
Upon delivery of the goods, in the presence of the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the Waybill and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the number of packages does not match, in order to obtain a refund or replacement of the goods, the Customer must immediately report the damage to the courier, writing " ACCEPTED WITH SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF THE GOODS " on the document and then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the goods are accepted without the necessary labeling, no subsequent claims will be made for any shortages or damages resulting from transport.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within two days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing to the Company via email, fax, or registered letter with return receipt.

RETURN AND REFUND FOR PURCHASES MADE IMPROPERLY BY THE CUSTOMER
For items ordered through the online site ceruticenter.it and received by the customer in accordance with the order: returns are permitted, with return shipping to Ceruti Snc at Via Guglielmo Marconi 2, 20071 (Vermezzo con Zelo, MI) at the customer's expense, or through Ceruti SNC's organized collection via Express Courier (BRT) at the customer's address.
A penalty of 20% of the value of the returned items will then be applied.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
If you paid by bank transfer, please send us your IBAN (and SWIFT/BIC for international transfers).
If the customer decides to purchase other replacement products, the aforementioned 20% penalty will not be applied to the returned goods.
We invite our customers to contact us (via chat or email) before placing an order if they are unsure about the goods they are ordering.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is required to provide the exact shipping address, VAT number (if the Customer is a company or wishes to receive an invoice), one or more telephone numbers, preferably mobile numbers, and the email address to which the Order Letter should be sent.
The Customer declares that he/she has not entered false or fictitious information in the order form and therefore declares that the data entered corresponds to his/her actual personal data. The Company reserves the right to pursue any violation or abuse in the appropriate courts.
In the event that the Customer provides incorrect information, any storage costs at the courier's warehouses and any damage to the goods will be borne by the Customer.

INVOICE REQUEST
Pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree 26/10/72 no. 633, an invoice will be issued only if requested at the time of ordering; in this case, the company name and VAT number must be indicated.

RETURN POLICY
The Company recognizes the buyer's right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014 which implements EU Directive 83/2011.
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Customer has the right, without stating the reasons, to withdraw from the purchase within 4 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, the user must send the Company a simple communication expressing this intention.

The right applies to the purchased goods in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only a part of the product.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, packaged with the same materials and methods as when they were received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
After receiving the goods and verifying their condition, the Company will refund the Customer the amount of the order within 14 days via PayPal or bank transfer.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
The products we sell have a minimum 24-month warranty if purchased by private individuals with a receipt. Purchases with an invoice and VAT number are subject to a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
If the purchased product is damaged, even with the packaging intact, the Customer can choose whether to request:
– full refund of the cost of the damaged product;
– free replacement of the item, and the possibility of receiving another similar item of equal value will be offered;
– a discount coupon for a future purchase equal to the value of the damaged product.
Damage caused by improper use, impacts against rocks, stones, roots, air filters contaminated with oil from spills, batteries, damage or breakage of drive belts from cutting grass that is too high, are not considered under warranty.
Our equipment must be used by adult personnel, capable of assessing the danger, in possession of the legal requirements for safe use.
