Husqvarna Automower® 305E BLACK is a wire-free, perimeter-based robotic mower for lawns up to 900 m², providing simple and highly reliable lawn care. Wireless installation requires full-surface Wi-Fi coverage, and thanks to our included satellite technology, the setup is flexible and customizable.
Requirements:
- Full-surface Wi-Fi internet coverage is required. If you don't have Wi-Fi coverage, you can purchase the Automower® Connect kit or the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 base station (requires installation by an Authorized Husqvarna dealer).
- Automower® Connect app. Available free on the App Store and Google Play.
Setup begins in the Automower® Connect app, where you can create individual, customizable working zones, as well as temporary avoidance zones. These areas can also be easily adjusted later based on garden plans or changes to the lawn layout throughout the season directly from the app.
The selectable mowing patterns feature allows you to choose between a stripe, checkerboard, or triangle pattern and supports an area capacity of up to 900 m².
Alternatively, for a carpet-like finish, select the irregular pattern (manageable area up to 600 m²).
How does satellite technology work?
To achieve centimeter-level accuracy, the mower must receive correction data, which is provided via the Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost.
This requires Wi-Fi coverage across the entire lawn area and offers excellent positioning accuracy, typically better than 5 cm. If you don't have Wi-Fi coverage, you can purchase the Automower® Connect kit as an additional accessory to enable cellular connectivity. Alternatively, you can purchase the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 Reference Station, a standalone solution that doesn't require an internet connection and offers greater mower positioning accuracy (approximately 2-3 cm).
These accessories require installation by an authorized Husqvarna dealer.
