Extreme Full Face Forestry Helmet, Yellow Hi-Vis

The innovative Forestal Extreme forestry helmet combines a helmet with retractable goggles, a honeycomb mesh visor, and ear defenders in a single product.

This helmet combines the new EVO® VISTA® retractable goggle technology with the innovative DUALSWITCH™ chinstrap, simplifying the transition from ground-level to height-level safety standards. The chinstrap is designed to release easily if it gets caught in branches: the EN 397 release force is between 150 and 250 Newtons, limiting the risk of suffocation, while the EN 12492 release force is greater than 500 Newtons to prevent the helmet from falling in the event of a fall.

Main features and benefits: Optical Class 1 for high-quality, distortion-free vision; Class K for scratch resistance; N-rated anti-fog treatment; UV protection according to EN 170 with unchanged color perception and high light transmission. The helmet is tested for molten metals without penetration into the shell, with shell deformation less than 10 mm, additional lateral deformation test according to EN 397 and resistance to temperatures down to -40°C after pre-treatment in a cold chamber.

The optical class 1 overspec offers a panoramic view with minimal distortion and complies with the EN 166.1.BT.KN standard, ensuring impact protection even at extreme temperatures. The anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings, along with the swivel arms, allow for practical and comfortable use even with prescription glasses.

The TPR gasket on the lens adapts to the wearer's face, creating an effective seal for greater impact protection and superior comfort. The durable expanded polypropylene (EPP) liner, ventilated with the shell, ensures complete impact protection as required by the EN 12492 standard.

The Forestal helmet features a high-performance mesh visor with an overmolded ABS frame, stable and balanced thanks to self-lubricating nylon hinges that ensure safety even during extreme movements. The product is completed by ear defenders with SNR 36 hearing protection, designed to offer high comfort even during prolonged use, thanks to adjustable steel arms that ensure even pressure distribution.
