Extreme Orange Hi-Vis Full Face Forestry Helmet

The innovative Forestal Extreme forestry helmet combines a helmet with retractable goggles, a honeycomb mesh visor, and ear defenders in a single product.

This helmet combines the new EVO® VISTA® retractable goggle technology with the innovative DUALSWITCH™ chinstrap, simplifying the transition from ground-level safety standards to those for working at height. The chinstrap is designed to release easily if it gets caught in branches: the EN 397 chinstrap release force is between 150 and 250 Newtons, limiting the risk of suffocation. At the same time, the EN12492 chinstrap release force is greater than 500 Newtons, limiting the risk of losing the helmet in the event of a fall.

The optical class 1 Overspec offers a panoramic view with minimal distortion. Compliant with the EN 166.1.BT.KN standard, it offers impact protection even in extreme temperatures and is equipped with anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings. Thanks to the pivoting arms, the Overspec can be easily extended and retracted. It also rotates smoothly, offering a wide arch that allows comfortable wearing even with prescription glasses. The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) gasket on the lens conforms to the wearer's face, creating a good seal for improved impact protection and greater comfort. The durable expanded polypropylene (EPP) liner provides complete impact protection, as required by the EN 12492 standard. The shell and EPP liner are ventilated for increased comfort.

The Forestal helmet features a high-performance mesh visor with an overmolded ABS frame. Balanced and secure, the visor is held securely in place by self-lubricating nylon hinges, which also provide balanced and even weight distribution. This exceptional product is complemented by ear defenders designed to achieve an SNR 36 hearing protection level while offering exceptional comfort even for prolonged use: the force applied by the helmet adapter and the surface of the cushion work together to provide optimal pressure and comfort. Adjustable steel arms allow the cup's position to be tilted and adjusted for optimal comfort and fit, while also providing even pressure distribution.
